During her 11 years at the National Trust, she held roles overseeing visitor operations at historic sites, managing membership and retail teams, and supporting properties in recruitment and customer service. Having witnessed the transformative power of volunteering, Terri is passionate about supporting and developing volunteer managers to create lasting impact.
